The Butcher's Chop came to life through the acquisition of the renowned and multi-award-winning 'Edwards Family Butchery' in Woy Woy, a shop that had been in the Edwards Family for 100 years. In a seamless transition, the Edwards Family graciously shared their wealth of knowledge, fostering a genuine sense of community and continuity. As a nod to this new chapter and a symbol of our commitment to quality, a re-brand was built into the sale, leaving the Edwards family legacy with the Edwards family where it belongs, but taking the knowledge and skills gained from the transition and emerging proudly as ’The Butcher's Chop’.
