Founded by the dynamic husband and wife duo, Kayla and Richard Frost, our small family-owned business is built on two decades of Richard's expertise as a wholesale and retail butcher. Having honed his skills in the industry for over 20 years and becoming well-known for his fabulous quality amongst locals, Richard is embarking on an exciting journey, venturing out on his own.
The Butcher's Chop came to life through the acquisition of the renowned 'Edwards Family Butchery' in Woy Woy. In a seamless transition, the Edwards Family graciously shared their wealth of knowledge, fostering a genuine sense of community and continuity. As a nod to this new chapter and a symbol of our commitment to quality, a re-brand was built into the sale, leaving the Edwards family legacy with the Edwards family where it belongs, but taking the knowledge and skills gained from the transition and emerging proudly as ’The Butcher's Chop’.
